To upload your blood test results on the Fruit Street platform please follow the following steps:
1. Go to https://www.fruitstreet.com/.
2. Click login and login with your username and password.
3. Click your profile on the top right hand corner of the screen.
4. Click the green button that says blood test.
5. Upload your blood test result on the screen.
